Meet our Team:
The president, Barnette C. Crabtree, is a life long member of the Durham community. He has developed several of Durham's finest neighborhoods including American Village, Lennox, Marydell Estates, Surrey Green, Vantage Pointe, Stephen's Woods, Hardscrabble Plantation, Hopewell, and Snow Hill Preserve. He is a licensed general contractor and a 1972 graduate of Duke University.
Matt Crabtree, Vice President and Field Operations Manager, is a Durham native and 2001 graduate of NC State University, earning a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering & Management. He served six years in the US Army, as enlisted and officer, ending his career as a Captain.
